HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

This artwork is sold and shipped to you by Clarophotography, and will be packaged in a cardboard box. Artworks are dispatched within 14 working days from United Kingdom, to allow for printing times.

At peak times (like around Christmas and other special dates), please allow a little longer for your order to arrive, and keep an eye out for ‘last call’ dates too. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail First Class, which typically delivers within 1 - 2 working days, and costs £5 per item.

Unfortunately we currently ONLY deliver to the UK.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT DO I DO?

Get in touch with us at clarophotography10@gmail.com and we will chase your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

You may cancel your order at any time within 14 days by emailing clarophotography10@gmail.com.

Whilst we do not offer exchanges, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase is shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. If you do need to refund your item, send us an email at clarophotography10@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of payment and your item must be in the original packaging.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to clarophotography10@gmail.com as well as the reason of your return and any relevant photos of damage etc, then we'll process the return and give you the address to send it to. 
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs will be refunded.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and your refund will be processed within 14 days. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at clarophotography10@gmail.com.
